30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for all orders. You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchased item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and unused, with all original tags intact and original packaging complete. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return application.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a official return shipping label and detailed guidelines on package delivery and mailing procedures. Unauthorized returns without prior formal request will not be accepted or processed. Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take full responsibility to resolve it properly for you.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
The following categories of items are not eligible for returns due to product characteristics:

Additionally, all clearance sale items and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any doubts about the return eligibility of your item, please contact us for confirmation in advance.
Exchange Policy
To receive your preferred item efficiently, we recommend completing a standard return process for your original purchase first. Once your return is verified and approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement item you need.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For all orders delivered to European Union countries, consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you may cancel or return your order for any reason without providing further justification.
The same return eligibility criteria apply to EU orders: items must be unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Refund Processing Rules
We will send you a formal notification once we receive and inspect your returned package to inform you of the refund approval result.
If your return is approved, the full refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after our approval notification, please contact our customer service team to follow up on your refund status.
