Shipping Policy
Overview
This Shipping Policy governs all order processing, packaging, delivery, and logistics services provided by Precise Survey Tool (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy applies to all domestic and international orders placed through our website and official sales channels. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to all shipping terms, processing rules, delivery terms, and liability stipulations outlined below.
We partner with reliable global logistics carriers to deliver products worldwide. All shipping arrangements are processed and fulfilled by our official logistics providers, subject to carrier rules, local transportation regulations, and international customs compliance requirements.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed during standard business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends, public holidays, and statutory holidays. Our daily order cutoff time is 12:00 PM (noon) local time. Orders submitted before the daily cutoff will be processed on the same business day; orders placed after cutoff or on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day.
Standard order processing and packaging time ranges from 1 to 3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, quality inspection, product packaging, and logistics arrangement. During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or inventory adjustment periods, processing time may be extended by 1–2 additional business days without prior notice.
We reserve the right to verify customer order information, payment credentials, and shipping addresses for security purposes. Orders with abnormal information, inconsistent payment details, or high-risk characteristics may be delayed, pending further confirmation, or cancelled for security protection.
2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Rules
Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimension, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before order submission and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We offer free shipping promotions from time to time in accordance with ongoing platform activities. All free shipping terms are subject to the specific promotional rules valid at the time of purchase. Any additional surcharges including remote area fees, oversized item fees, and dimensional weight fees shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified in official promotional terms.
All shipping charges, including standard fees and supplementary surcharges, are final once the order is processed. No partial or full refund of shipping fees will be offered for voluntary order cancellation or customer-initiated return after shipment.
3. Delivery Time & Estimated Lead Time
All delivery times listed on our website and order pages are estimated delivery days for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Actual delivery time depends on logistics carrier efficiency, transportation routes, regional inventory status, customs clearance progress, and uncontrollable external factors.
General estimated delivery standards are as follows:

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier transit issues, weather disasters, traffic suspension, public emergencies, customs inspection delays, or other force majeure events.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing your official tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor real-time logistics status through the designated tracking page.
Logistics tracking information may be updated with a 24–48 hour delay after shipment. If tracking information fails to update beyond 48 hours, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Delivery is deemed completed once the carrier marks the package as delivered to your designated shipping address. After successful delivery, the risk of loss, damage, or missing items shall be fully borne by the customer. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
5. International Shipping & Customs Regulations
For all cross-border orders delivered to overseas countries and regions, customers are responsible for complying with local import laws, customs policies, and commodity entry regulations of the destination country.
Any applicable import duties, customs taxes, value-added taxes, clearance fees, and other local administrative charges incurred during international transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse any customs-related fees unless explicitly stated in official order terms.
Customs inspection, random checks, and local regulatory reviews may cause shipment delays or temporary detention. We are not responsible for resulting delays, additional costs, or return issues caused by local customs policies. Customers must provide accurate and compliant commodity information for customs declaration to avoid clearance failure.
6. Undeliverable, Returned & Abandoned Packages
Packages may be returned or marked undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses, invalid contact information, unsuccessful multiple delivery attempts, recipient refusal, or long-term unclaimed status.
For returned or undeliverable packages caused by customer errors, we will process a product refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods, excluding the original shipping fees and return logistics costs. Reshipping service requires customers to place a new order and bear relevant shipping expenses.
Packages abandoned by the recipient or unclaimed for more than 15 days after arriving at the destination warehouse will be disposed of in accordance with carrier rules and local logistics regulations, with no refund or compensation provided.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers must contact us within 48 hours after delivery for any product damage, missing items, or package breakage, and provide valid photos, videos, and tracking proof for verification. We will coordinate with logistics carriers to investigate and handle compensation or replacement arrangements in accordance with carrier liability rules.
For packages confirmed lost by official logistics carriers, we will provide customers with options of free reshipment or full product refund. We do not compensate for indirect losses including time cost, usage loss, or subjective economic loss caused by shipment delay or loss.
8. Prohibited & Restricted Shipments
In accordance with international aviation and logistics regulations, we do not support the shipment of hazardous goods, flammable and explosive items, prohibited contraband, restricted electronic products, and items violating local import regulations. Orders involving prohibited items will be suspended, cancelled, or returned at the customer’s cost.
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with the import and entry regulations of their destination countries. We are not liable for penalties, detention, or confiscation caused by customers’ violation of local regulatory rules.
9. Shipping Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update, revise, and adjust this Shipping Policy at any time at our sole discretion to adapt to business adjustments, carrier rule changes, and international logistics regulatory updates. The updated policy will take effect immediately upon website posting. Your continued use of our shopping services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the latest shipping terms.
